Experienced translator or not?

When are you experienced as a translator? With 5 years, 10 years or maybe 25? I have been a full-time translator now for about 7 years. Do I feel experienced? I do, at least more than the beginning of course, but I don't feel 'arrived'. Maybe you never feel arrived as a translator, or anybody in a creative process, or maybe anybody in any job. There is always something to learn, if it is not regarding the translating process itself, it is in marketing, translations tools, balance work and private life etc. Mostly general things for anybody in working life, but definitely also for an independent, professional translator.
